St. Mary’s is creating a space where you can find peace.
You’re invited to four sessions to help us with managing anxiety, reducing stress, sleeping better. They are for ordinary people, who’ve found the last year challenging, and want to learn and share simple self-care ideas and techniques.
Led by Shannon Humphrey, First Aid for Mental Health Instructor
Open to all, not just those who share the Christian faith. The sessions are free, and you can come to one or all. Minimum age: 18 years.
Monday evenings, 6pm-7pm, starting 14th June.
