Denise Van Outen joins families at Cineworld

It’s October half term and to highlight the Cineworld Family ticket, where adults pay kids’ prices, Cineworld transformed its cinema in South Leeds at the White Rose Shopping Centre to get adults to embrace their inner child.

Areas within the cinema have been transformed to include interactive games and activities including a giant ball pit and the world’s largest floor piano that many adults may recognise from cult 80’s Tom Hanks classic, Big. Denise collaborated with Cineworld to curate the experience specifically the colouring wall inspired by her favourite films to test families and their colouring skills.

Steve Petersen of Cineworld Leeds said:

“We are looking forward to welcoming families in to the cinema over the October Half Term holiday and encouraging adults to be more childish at our event. There’s plenty to keep families entertained and with a wide selection of family films arriving in cinema during the school break, the family ticket offer is a great way for families to come together and at great value for money.”

This half-term, there’s a great selection of films to entertain the whole family and at Cineworld, adults pay the same price as kids when you buy a family ticket. From Smallfoot, Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween to the spell-binding The Nutcracker and the Four Realms the Cineworld family ticket covers groups of four – two adults and two children or one adult and three children. By booking a family ticket, families will get a discount on the total price, working out cheaper than purchasing four individual tickets.

The fun doesn’t stop when half term ends, the family ticket is available all year round and with The Grinch, Wreck It Ralph Breaks the Internet and Mary Poppins Returns all soon to arrive on the big screen, there is something for everyone at Cineworld.

Guests who attend will be encouraged to share their experience on social using @Cineworld #BeMoreChildish
