Plans approved for major development on strategic Holbeck site

Councillors on the City Plans Panel have approved plans for the redevelopment of the former Kays warehouse site in Holbeck at their meeting on Thursday (23 March 2023). The site, bordered by Nineveh Road, Marshall Street and Sweet Street and adjacent to the Holbeck rail depot, has lain derelict for
