Updated: Appeal to find missing teenager from Middleton

Police in Leeds who are appealing for information to help locate teenager Destiny Amadi have issued an updated photo of her and updated her last sighting.

Destiny was last seen at McDonald’s in Hunslet, Leeds, on Wednesdat 22 March.

Anyone who may have seen Destiny or knows of her whereabouts is asked to contact West Yorkshire Police by calling 101, or go online at www.westyorkshire.police.uk/101livechat quoting reference 2071 of 21/3.


Police in Leeds are appealing for information to help locate teenager Destiny Amadi, who has been reported missing from the Middleton area.

Destiny, aged 14, was last seen at 6pm on Tuesday (21 March 2023). She is described as a black Carribbean female, 5 foot 1 inches tall, with black plaited shoulder-length hair.

She is believed to be wearing a black bomber-style jacket, blue jeans and white Nike Air trainers.

Officers are increasingly concerned about Destiny’s welfare as she failed to return home.

She is known to frequent Leeds city centre and has connections in the south of the city, Belle Isle in particular. She could possibly be using public transport.
