A film crew came to my flat about 2 months ago and filmed me talking about depression and dementia. It’s the first time I’ve seen the edited film this morning and I put onto blog. I’m afraid it brought a tear to my eye. The video is about three minutes long. It also shows the BITMOs GATE walking group in Middleton Park.

Thank you Tricia and film man, true to form, I forgot his name. Brilliant editing.

I’m now going to let the video do the talking. Please leave your comments at the bottom of this blog. Thank you. Ken

Kenneth talks about overcoming depression and dealing with dementia, through activities, part of the Older People Mental Health and Dementia redesign.

Thank you for mentioning my name, I was only doing my job which I enjoyed tremendously. It was a pleasure looking after your Father. Over the years he became a friend rather than a patient.

Look after yourself, if there is anything we could do please let us know. Best Wishes Raj Menon
