We’ve got a range of FREE health and wellbeing activities to support you in your everyday life, improve your computer skills, and join in with job searches and CV workshops. Quit Smoking and get active. It’s all on your doorstep at BITMO GATE.

Please help us to promote our FREE activities, training and events by encouraging people to come along wherever possible:

Mondays

Come along every Monday from 9:30am to 11:30am and we’ll show you the basics to help you get online…

If you’re over 50 years old and would prefer to learn with people of a similar age, come to our Monday afternoon classes from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.

If your new year’s resolution is to reach a healthy weight, then come along to our FREE classes on Monday afternoons from 3:30pm to 4:15pm.

Leeds Let’s Get Active! From 4:15pm to 5:30pm join in with a FREE fitness session. You don’t need to be Mo Farrah to take part and no need to book; you just need your trainers and a smile! *

Start Monday 20th January.

 Tuesdays

Drop in between 1:00pm to 2:30pm on a Tuesday afternoon to do ‘Social Sewing’ with O.W.L. Community Collective! Learn how to bring life back into old clothes… learn how to mend them so you don’t have to replace them!

Wednesdays

10:00am to 11:30am; Come along to a FREE computer call provided by BT ‘Get IT Together’, who’ll show you basic computer skills right through to trickier internet searches… we’ve got courses to suit every level!

If you’re looking for a new job, a change of career or to get back into employment, then our Job Search and CV Workshops between 3:00pm to 5:00pm every Wednesday are just the ticket!

Guitar in the Community! For anyone who’d like to play the guitar; learn how to play chords and read and write music in a friendly group setting from 7:00pm to 9:00pm

Thursdays

Starting on Thursday 23rd January, Head Space is a FREE programme of seven weekly sessions between 9:30am to 12:30pm that will help you deal with the tough times in life that happen to us all.

Fridays

 9:30am to 11:30am;

Learn how to Turn Something Old into Something New’ with a lesson in up- cycling! Recycle your old items in a creative and fun way… save pennies, meet new friends and learn something fun!

Help to Stop Smoking! Come along from 1:50pm to 2:50pm every Friday afternoon for some support and help to pack in the cigs! No appointment needed, just turn up and have a chat with people who want to quit too and staff who can help.
